You have requested the assistance from a Jesaval consultant to provide you with technical support through a remote connection to your computer. You understand and agree that by requesting such assistance, you will be providing a Jesaval consultant with access to and control of your computer as reasonably required to perform the requested work.
Jesaval Consulting, LLC does not accept any liability for data or software that is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered prior to, during or after the remote session.
Data security is the sole responsibility of the customer. Liability is restricted to intent and gross negligence. Jesaval Consulting, LLC accepts no liability for faults for which it is not responsible, even if they occur around the time when the support is provided.

• Every SplashTop SOS session is encoded with a 256 Bit AES system.
