- We use 3CX Phone Conferencing System to perform any conference meetings. Webcam is optional. If no mic is available, the meeting invite can be opened from your smart phone.
- If remote support is required, we utulize Quick Assist to connect to your machine at the beginning of your appointment.

- Work performed outside of normal business hours or holidays are billed at a higher rate
- Hourly Blocks can be pre-purchased upon request or when required by project.
